Chaired by Sir Charlie Mayfield (Chairman of John Lewis Partnership Ltd), our commissioners are drawn from some of the UK's top organisations. Although we have a central office, assessment is conducted locally through seven regional Delivery Centres. Each one has a team of licensed Specialists with extensive management experience across everything from business planning and assessment to motivating people and employee engagement.
We match you with the Specialist whose skills and experience best meet your needs. They'll work with you to really understand your situation, tailoring their support and making the whole experience more valuable for you. Together we'll work through the Accreditation Framework towards the Standard and beyond.
