Our tried and tested Framework is more than an accreditation process. It's a cultural shift – an organisation-wide approach to doing business that leads to empowerment, ownership and improved productivity at every level.

The beauty of the Framework is that it tells you what evidence you need to achieve your organisation’s goals, and gives you the freedom to determine how exactly you do it. It's this flexibility that allows the same Framework to have been used by more than 35,000 organisations in over 50 different countries, helping them manage change, maximise profitability and realise the power and potential of their people.

Because every organisation is different, our Specialists work with you to understand exactly what you need to change and improve on. There is no set order to your journey – you simply work on the parts of the Framework that are best for you.

The power of three

To get the most from the Framework, it needs to be lived and embodied by everyone within your organisation. The Framework focuses on three levels – Top Managers, Managers, and People – and is centred around three core principles:

  • we PLAN by developing strategies
  • we DO by taking action  
  • we REVIEW by evaluating and improving performance

The next step is to break these principles down into 10 Framework indicators – specific evidence requirements that our Specialists work with you on, so you can achieve the Standard.
