- Establish how you will measure the success of individuals and teams and regularly review progress against agreed Key Performance Indicators.
- Put in place processes for reviewing everyone’s performance, and ensure this is a two-way process.
Have mechanisms for giving recognition to individuals, teams and the organisation for their contribution to performance.
- Review progress and give feedback on performance on an ongoing basis.
- Understand the potential and importance of constructive feedback and how to use this at all levels in the organisation.
