We aim is to ensure the Investors in People framework is relevant, accessible to all, and at the forefront of good practice.  As an employer-led organisation, encouraging and responding to customer feedback is key to our understanding of your changing needs. In recent years we have commissioned highly regarded independent bodies to undertake extensive, in-depth analysis of the Investors in People effect. Other organisations too – such as the CBI – have looked at what happens to Investors in People organisations. There is a considerable body of empirical evidence to demonstrate that the Investors in People approach really works, as illustrated in the reports contained with this research library.
