Investors in People Champions are a prestigious group of role model organisations who promote Investors in People through a series of best practice sharing activities.

We have a wide range of Champions from the private, public and third sector. They also range in size from less than ten to thousands of employees, so they can provide relevant assistance to any organisation interested in becoming recognised as an Investor in People.

The purpose of the Champions programme is to:

• Recognise and reward organisations which have been outstanding in promoting the values and principles of Investors in People. They lead by example in the way they manage and develop their people.
• Share and learn - encouraging the dissemination of good practice in people management, to support continuous improvement, and raise performance.
• Champion Investors in People.

How can a Champion help me to improve my business?
Presentations: Representatives from Champion organisations are available for presentations. Invite them to your event and be inspired by how they improved their performance using Investors in People.

Mentoring: Champions are available to mentor any organisation that would like to speak to someone with firsthand knowledge of Investors in People. This can be a one off meeting to discuss a particular issue, or a more structured approach over a period of time.

Open Days: Champion organisations open their doors several times a year to allow organisations the opportunity to see and hear firsthand how Investors in People has helped them run their businesses.
