Our Values 
The Investors in People UK company values were developed in line with our staff.  Inclusion is a fundamental part of the Investors in People Standard and Profile.  Here at Investors in People UK we aim to practice what we preach.  Our company values are central to our yearly review systems and help us all to become better at our jobs and delivering our business plan, we can even get development on those areas that we may find more difficult.  Our company values also help us in our recruitment and selection process.

Relationships matter to us; I am inclusive, I listen and share my knowledge
Through this people should be inclusive of others views and listen to ideas from everyone, individuals should also share their knowledge and ideas with their line mangers, teams and the organisation as a whole. The empowerment and ‘can do’ attitude stems from people feeling open to share and listen to ideas and feeling that those ideas are given thought and consideration.
