How to become an Investors in People adviser or assessor
The first step is for you to contact your closest Investors in People Centre as they manage our advisers and assessors. Click here to find your nearest Centre, or ring 020 7467 1946.

To become an adviser, you will need to have existing clients with whom you can work during your development to gain the necessary practical experience. If you are employed by or linked to a delivery partner, they may provide these opportunities for you. If not, you will need to fund your own entry and development as an adviser.

What you will need to do:
Once you have read Practitioners in Practice and you are clear that you meet the necessary criteria, you should contact your local Investors in People Centre and ask for their information on the selection process and for an application pack.
